We are again offering advertising space within the Bank Directory's blue pages in which the Associate Membership listing appears. Above your company's regular listing, you may place a black and white quarter-page (3.4375" width x 1.5" length) advertisement for $300.00 or a half-page (3.4375" width x 3.5" length) advertisement for $500.00.
Printed below are the submission requirements and specifications. You must respond to this offer no later than March 20, 2006. The new directory should be mailed to the membership around August 1, 2006.
Electronic Files: The format for art submission is as an electronic file. Ads should be saved on a CD, floppy, Zip Disk or e-mailed with all supporting files (art and fonts) to pennycothran@scbankers.org.
If submitting ad as PDF, please embed fonts. Formats must be standard IBM word processing (MS Word only if text file); Adobe Pagemaker 6.5 or below, Photoshop 7.0; Illustrator 10; or Quark Xpress 6.0 or below, EPS (min 600 dpi) or TIF (min 600 dpi). Macintosh files are accepted. DO NOT SEND GIF’S, JPEG’S, POWERPOINT OR WORD CLIP ART FILES. A positive proof must accompany each piece of artwork. Artwork must be sized correctly for directory, or a fee may be charged.

Art Submission Checklist: When sending an electronic file, be sure… …to save it as a TIFF or EPS file. …to send a hard copy. …to include fonts. …the artwork is the CORRECT size. …not to send GIF, JPEG or Word clipart files …to embed fonts in a PDF.
Advertisements must be prepaid to the SCBA with a check or credit card. Make checks payable to SCBA.
