The South Carolina Bankers Employee Benefit Trust offers a group insurance plan that can include health, dental, life, LTD, STD and voluntary life. The group health plan is self-funded and has a PPO plan that is currently administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina. The dental plan is fully insured through MetLife. The life, LTD, STD and voluntary life are UnumProvident plans. At present, there are 63 banks participating. The plans provide excellent coverage at a reasonable premium and is available to all banks that are SCBA members. |
