The SCBA biannually mails to its members a publication entitled, State of the Association. State of the Association is a review of our Association's highlights and accomplishments over a six month period. The publication is generally printed in July and December.  SCBA members may receive a copy of the most recently published State of the Association by sending a request to the following e-mail address. Please include your address and/or fax number.
